We were in a closed society in the Schwitzerhüsli. Unfortunately we were immensely disappointed. The salad was bitter, the dessert was given to the children with alcohol without any information ... the service was a disaster and agreements were unfortunately not kept. However, I don't want to say bad things - the help was a bit clumsy but really nice. I ordered the main course without mushrooms and a sauce was made especially for me, which was really very good! The communication because of the mistakes was unfortunately not that nice and friendly, which could have been done differently .... The restaurant is definitely okay for a normal meal - unfortunately the Schwitzerhüsli is not suitable for a social event. Still, compliments for the pork fillets!

It is enough to stay overnight ... but not more. The rooms are very small. The bathroom very old fashioned and small. The rooms are damaged and the reception is almost never manned. Of course you don't spend much time in your room, but when I do, I don't want to feel like I'm in a hostel with a youth hostel touch. There is a kettle in the room (it worked !!!) with sugar and coffee cream, but no coffee? Then what for? We then got coffee at Rewe and my partner wanted to use the coffee cream. This had tilted and did not want to flow out of the plastic, but stuck tough. Really disgusting. That you can't exchange something like that on a regular basis ?! The only positive thing would be the free WiFi, if it worked reliably. Catastrophic too. The hotel has 3 stars. I can’t understand at all. I advise against everyone. You can find much better for the overnight price! At the seminar I attended in Viernheim, everyone advised me against it because I had already had several bad experiences there.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The service was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast more than enough. Of course it is not a luxury hotel, but we did not book that either. The room was clean, in bed I slept well, the mattresses were fine. A flat screen TV was also there. He works perfectly. A large bathroom was available, the room was a bit narrow, but adequate for our purposes. The food in the restaurant was very good and is a good option after getting there if you do not want to leave the hotel.

A very very nice hotel with attention to detail! Since I was there professionally, the quiet location was very beneficial. There are beautiful rooms and new buildings. A visit is really worth it! The rooms are top and clean, are modern equipped. The breakfast is very versatile and leaves nothing to be desired, allergy sufferers have no problem here.

We were in both hotels and unfortunately quite dissapointed. The new....rooms are very basic and not much love or the extra touch added. Furthermore, the air is quite sticky. Sure its been hot these days, but still, it's a valid point. The breakfast is ok given the cheap price, so nothing to say about that. The restaurant staff is not very nice. Customer Service really needs to improve here. When we moved to the older house is when things at first looked ok but then turned out not so good. First of all we arrived in the room and one bed was dirty. Sure, maybe something flew in from the window but it was so dirty, one couldn't sleep in it. Then regarding cleanliless....it's ok but really not the standard one would expect. The corridor is loud and one can really hear everything that is happening in each room. The cherry on the cake as they say, which made us angry was that the cleaning serivice had left the light on in the bathroom, which meant that when we got home we were unable to use the bathroom because there were thousands...no joke...thousands of mosquitos. All in all we didn't feel comfortable in the hotel and were happy to check out. If you're only staying one or two nights, it's ok but in future we'll choose a franchise hotel in Viernheim
